4 serving spoons of ground pepper
2 tbl/spoon of palm oil
1 bulb of onion
Seasoning and salt to taste
Choice of protein (Meat and Ponmo in this case)
Locust beans (Optional)
Serve with rice, yam, beans or any other food of your choice.
