Spicy Palm Oil Stew

Palm oil is a very popular cooking oil when preparing Nigerian Soup recipes. It gives you that local taste and aroma. Preparing the local palm oil stew however is not rocket science, the preparation process is easy and the taste is marvelous.

Below is a video showing you how to make a quick pot of fried palm oil stew.
Here’s what you’ll need:
4 serving spoons of ground pepper
2 tbl/spoon of palm oil
1 bulb of onion
Seasoning and salt to taste
Choice of protein (Meat and Ponmo in this case)
Locust beans (Optional)

Serve with rice, yam, beans or any other food of your choice.
